On one day every year all the pupils and staff of the school go out into the
school grounds and celebrate a Day of Action. This involves gathering the fruits
of the harvest as well as discovering many rich autumn treasures. Following this
activity, the whole school celebrate in the creation of a rich harvest altar and
a simple meal made from the produce of the garden. This event is a very special
moment since it is the only time in the course of the year when the full
school's community sit down and have a meal together - numbering as many
as 80 people!
